Woke early with a banging headache, drank a glass of water and promptly threw it back up again. Brufen and omeprazole and went back to sleep. Woke again around 8am and had a hangover busting breakfast of yoghurt and muesli. After a better investigation Corina and I only had 1.5 bottles between us so am not so convinced it was a hangover and might have been a migraine. Managed to borrow a laptop and finally sorted the great TomTom disaster of 2017 - we now have downunder maps so I can stop racking up the data days on my phone (account now stands at £55 (£35 over budget!!). After herding up all the troops we headed out for a walk around Lake Rotoroa, nice 4km walk nosing at houses around the shore. Came back to have lunch at the house with Blair, Rach and the (not so) mini feet - Charlie, still a blond nutball and Morgan now almost as tall as his Dad.
After lunch went to drive Caitlyn to touch rugby but she wasn't feeling well and fell asleep in the car, after explaining that to the coach we drove on a tiki tour around Hamilton and then picked Sienna up before heading home.
Chilled on sofa, ordered gourmet pizza, went to pick it up and picked up a few more sparklers. Kids put on a show that they'd been preparing all afternoon - combo of trampolining, singing and dancing. After that we had our own small fireworks display with sparklers, buzzy bees and bazooka rockets
